I asked all of my followers on twitter what they would like released this weekend, and the result was clear: Facebook Connect.

I’ve been playing around with Facebook Connect for quite some time, and naturally, decided to use CodeIgniter to do so. And since this is me, I figured that most people in the UK are fed up of MP’s taking so much from them this week, so here’s me ‘giving’ you something back!

For a few years now, I’ve had CodeIgniter Screencasts on my site. This page, along with the Code page of my site have been the most popular pages by far.
Thousands of people download my screencasts every month, and despite some major problems with audio quality, resolution, and audio/video sync, they remain extremely popular.
For this reason, I’ve decided that it’s time to build a passive income stream into my freelancing career, and produce some very high quality CodeIgniter Screencasts along with reference materials, and release them for a small fee ($5 or less).

CodeIgniter Vimeo API Library Released

Only yesterday I was releasing the CodeIgniter Twitter API Library, and now I’ve got another hot release for you all!
Vimeo is a fantastic video service with good quality flash encoding and a great free account. And now, it’s possible to use this service within your CodeIgniter applications.
