Hey guys, I’ve totally neglected my blog over the last few months, and I thought I’d let you all know what I’m up to these days.
So, obviously I’ve been working with Jamie Rumbelow to launch BinaryCake, and so far it’s going really well. There’s plenty of work to be done on the site, but so-far, so-good! I will be releasing the next part of my ‘Mastering CodeIgniter‘ series soon too, so stay subscribed to the RSS Feed!
I’m also going to be speaking at EECI2009 on the 22nd and 23rd of October, so if you’re not already coming, grab one of the last tickets now!
Speaking at the conference is a real honor, and I just can’t wait, I’ve got a great talk and a useful workshop lined up.

One big change! – Last week I moved to Aberdeen to study Computing Science at the University of Aberdeen. I’m loving the city, the people, and the university (although, it’s fresher’s week, which is just drinking and recovering).
I’m sure you will be seeing plenty more tweets about university life.
And yes, I’m still freelancing, it’s one of the reasons I’m here at university. Freelance gives me the freedom to pick and choose my hours, and thankfully I’ve got some great clients right now.
So, I hope that gives you a little insight into what’s going on in my life at the moment.
And finally, here’s a quick preview of what’s to come:
