Any news on a release date for the CI book? I’m really looking forward to buying this – just out of interest what version of CI will the book focus on (I believe 1.70 is the current latest as of Dec 2008)

I would love this! Perhaps making a simple CMS, or CRM tool. Maybe even an invoicing program?

There are so many options. I would love this book though as the current CI books lack any real application development.

I really enjoyed your screencasts ages ago when i first started learning CI – so was poking around your site some more – like the new design too btw! Just noticed a spelling error in your post and wanted to point it out for you –
